- Loan amounts up to $822,375 in high balance areas established by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
- Rental income may be used to qualify a borrower without rental history or a current lease on the property.
Jumbo Fixed-Rate Investment Loan:
- Down payment of 35% for a 1-unit property up to $1 million.
