Justin Messer's 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, primarily in capital markets, has laid the groundwork for his role as Prosperity's Chief Operating Officer. Brenna Dutton's passion for customer service is beyond measure. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she oversees processing, underwriting, closing, and credit risk. In her role, Brenna ensures that the Operations Team is focused on quality in all aspects of the loan process from credit to customer service.

Under his leadership, Prosperity has built a customer-centric, purchase-focused collateral process that ranks as an industry standard in both quality and efficiency.

Brian Haug serves as Senior Vice President, Divisional Sales Manager for Prosperity Home Mortgage and oversees the sales operations along the East Coast focusing on the legacy team that partners with our Long & Foster Real Estate relationship. In this role, Haug will lead the area sales managers and mortgage consultants who support Long & Foster Real Estate, ensuring strong and productive working relationships between the two companies.

She currently leads the Northeast and Midwest United States Division, where she oversees sales production with the goal of earning market share by focusing on excellence in customer service and building team relationships.
